Lorries are currently banned from the passing lanes to prevent too many crossing at once: a highly visible but entirely pointless excercise to make it look like the bridge owners are taking safety concerns seriously after the discovery of rusting cables.

Thanks! There's a footbridge above the toll booths that leads from the services to the foot/cyclepath over the bridge on the left.
