I spent ten minutes layer masking the lighthouse (because I hate photoshop's dodge & burn tool) so I could increase the contrast of the sky, making the sunset look far more impressive than it actually was, without burning out the lighthouse.

This is the mid-C19 "low lighthouse" or "lighthouse on legs", one of three lighthouses in the small town, and one of the most photographed structures in Somerset.

Lovely tones in the sky Joe, interesting choice to place the lighthouse directly in the centre of the frame.
