One man and his dog on a small corner of Brean Sands, Somerset, seen from the top of Brean Down, a headland at the end of the Mendip Hills. The Bristol Channel has one of the largest tidal ranges in the world, and its shallow sloping sand and mud beaches can therefore become miles wide at low tide.

There's a person and dog bottom centre to give an idea of scale.

Definitely strange and cool. Thankfully we have people in the shot to truly appreciate the wonderful scale of this location. :) Well done. from the (2for2) group
