Sculpture in Millennium Square, Bristol, formerly an industrial quayside, now a land of bars, casinos and interactive museums. A couple of weeks ago the local weekend freesheet had a most fascinating item about how the At-Bristol underground car park, whose entrance this sculpture marks, was declared the third best car park in Britain, or somesuch.
