Clifton Suspension Bridge

The suspension bridge is an Isambard Kingdom Brunel design constructed in the 1850s-60s. The 1,352 ft (414 m) span crosses the tidal River Avon 245 ft (75 m) below. The limestone gorge forms a spectacular defensive entrance to the city's docks.

Different take on the usually fog shrouded bridge, this is the frst night shot I have seen of it that is clear. Very cool

sorry I didn't mean it quite like that :) Most of the pictures I have seen on Flickr are of it in a fog bound state, you have taken a clear view with all the appeal of those mysterious shots
