AssEdbeta: the semi-automatic assistant editor
What is AssEd?
Unlike tools like Anne O'Tate and PubMed PubReMiner, which identify biomedical experts by running a single pubmed search (with multiple search terms if required), AssEd separates the search terms and runs parallel PubMed searches. This is useful when you are searching for a biomedical expert and it is important that they have published on several topics, but it is not important that all of those topics appeared in the same publication.
Content from PubMed is used under NLM terms of use (NLM disclaimer).
