The 95 mile (153 km) stretch of world heritage site coast between Orcombe Point, Exmouth in East Devon to Old Harry Rocks, Swanage in East Dorset. It was chartered for its rich geology which spans the entire Mesozoic Era — 180 million years of natural history. The site is particularly famous for the fossil fields at Lyme Regis, and the rock formations along the Purbeck coast, including Durdle Door natural arch, and Lulworth Cove. Read more at Wikipedia.
